As some of you may know, my beloved assistant Lena is expecting a baby! She broke the news to her husband Ian (and all of us) on Father's Day, but I'm not exactly sure when she's due. She doesn't tell me everything. What I do know is that she's been feeling a little nervous about the whole experience these last few weeks.
I can (vaguely) remember the mix of excitement and anxiety that comes with a first pregnancy, and I know how nice it was to be able to share my feelings with other moms during that time. So, I thought it might be valuable for Lena to have a little tea-time chat with another pregnant mom, and maybe hear a few uplifting birth stories in the process:
